“Look at the problems in your life. Ask yourself, ‘What kind of thoughts am I having that create this?”

The Way I See It:

Thoughts have power… if you want to change your life… your reality… change your thoughts.

Forgiveness

Forgiveness

Forgive yourself.

The Way I See It:

THE BEST GIFT YOU CAN GIVE IS FORGIVENESS.
NOT ONLY TO OTHERS BUT ABOVE ALL TO YOURSELF.
FORGIVE YOURSELF FOR WHATEVER YOU DID THAT
GOT YOU HERE.

Nothing will really help or matter if you can’t forgive yourself… so do it and set yourself FREE.

The Way I See It:

“Life is good…..life is simple …sometimes it doesn’t look like “good & Simple” …but it’s all about perceptions and choices….we just can’t make this choice sometimes and this is when we should know we are loosing our own power to create our own reality”. – Noha Hassan
******************
Perception (from the Latin perceptio, percipio) is the organization, identification, and interpretation of sensory information in order to fabricate a mental representation through the process of transduction, which sensors in the body transform signals from the environment into encoded neural signals.  All perception involves signals in the nervous system, which in turn result from physical stimulation of the sense organs. For example, vision involves light striking the retinas of the eyes, smell is mediated by odor molecules and hearing involves pressure waves. Perception is not the passive receipt of these signals, but can be shaped by learning, memory and expectation.Perception involves these “top-down” effects as well as the “bottom-up” process of processing sensory input. The “bottom-up” processing is basically low-level information that’s used to build up higher-level information (i.e. – shapes for object recognition). The “top-down” processing refers to a person’s concept and expectations (knowledge) that influence perception. Perception depends on complex functions of the nervous system, but subjectively seems mostly effortless because this processing happens outside conscious awareness. Wikipedia
 ***************
In other words: People’s perception is affected and build/shaped by previous experience, memory and expectation. If you think about it that means that the way you see the world and your life now is based on your past and your expectation as well as assumptions of how things will be, should be and must be! Let me tell you one thing, because you had this outcome from a past experience that does mean that you will have the same one if you went through it again. If you choose to look at it differently, think about it positively adding your previous lessons I can assure you ending up with different results. It is so simple if you see it positive so it is, if you see it negative so it is. It’s all in your mind ….! Don’t let others people, other situations, others experiences and anything hold you to Choose to Change your Perception and Create the life you want to yourself!.

I Am A Rebel – I Think Positively

We are what we think. All that we are arises with our thoughts. With our thoughts, we make the world.
Gautama Siddharta

The ancestor of every action is a thought.
Ralph Waldo Emerson

Once you replace negative thoughts with positive ones, you’ll start having positive results.

The Way I See It:  Today was full of negative & bad situations ….BUT I chose not to SEE it or THINK it that way, and I thought to throw- in some saying to keep myself surrounded with positive vibes & would like to share them with you guys.

If we just remember “it’s all in our head!” then nothing can control us, affect us or upset us. Of course we will be down and upset, but it will be for short time and we will not  be dragged into the “God why me?! / Hopeless / Helpless” attitude’.

So when anything “usually you would label it bad or negative happens” remind yourself: a) it is all in my head  b) I have the power c) I have a saying d) I am  in control and this means: I can change it. ALL IS GOOD or ALL IS BAD as long as you SAY and THINK So!.

So repeat after me: ALL IS GOOD…ALL IS GOOD….THANK YOU…ALL IS GOOD..I AM A REBEL AND I THINK POSITIVELY!

Spread It If You Are Proud Of Being You

Proud To Be Me

Proud To Be Me

I might not be someone’s first choice, but I am a great choice.

I may not be rich but I am valuable.

I don’t pretend to be someone I’m not, because I’m good at being me.

I might not be proud of some of the things I’ve done in the past,

but I am proud of who I am today.

I may not be perfect but I don’t need to be.

Take me as I am, or watch me as I walk away!!!

The Way I See It: My friend posted this on her Facebook Status. I love it …and Yes, we should be proud of ourselves, who we really are and our true self value. If someone is failing to see how valuable, pretty and great person you are…walk away don’t buy them glasses.

Arabic Quotes – Weakness – By Noha

بكرهك
علشان انت
الحاجة الوحيدة
الى بينت لى اد اية
انا ضعيفة

Translation: I hate you because you are the only one who showed me how much I am weak.

The Way I See It: Weakness is not a bad thing….because it always reminds us that we are humans and at the end it leads to strength.  Hate on the other hand is a great burden to bear..it hurts no one but ourselves it injures our souls for ever.  So I choose to be a healthy human, what will you choose?
