I hate it when I believe in people more than they believe in themselves. When I can see what they are capable of doing and they don’t. When they don’t believe me when I tell them how beautiful , deserving and powerful they are. Oh well I guess I will keep secretly wishing them to see that one day on their own. When they are ready to discover their true selves and regain their own power. No one is helpless or lost or unloved .. you simply can’t see it, believe it or feel it and you are not able to find it deep within you. Love yourself first, everything start from this point. If you don’t love yourself please don’t blame life or the circumstances or what you should have or shouldn’t have done or people for not having love in your life.. it is a  “you and you” relationship first 🙂 So start by wishing yourself a Happy Valentine and promise yourself a year full of self love before thinking about who will or will not say it to you. If we don’t love ourselves how on earth are we expecting others to love us? Won’t happen. To start loving ourselves we have to accept ourselves exactly as we are Now and right this moment.. when the door for acceptance and love is open.. the door for change opens on its own.

Love yourself and say out loud: I am loved ..All is good. I will leave you with this great quote by Sir Charles Spencer “Charlie” Chaplin to learn from it.

As I began to love myself I refused to go on living in the past and worrying about the future. Now, I only live for the moment, where everything is happening. Today I live each day, day by day, and I call it “FULFILLMENT”.

As I began to love myself I recognized that my mind can disturb me and it can make me sick. But as I connected it to my heart, my mind became a valuable ally. Today I call this connection “WISDOM OF THE HEART”.

We no longer need to fear arguments, confrontations or any kind of problems with ourselves or others. Even stars collide, and out of their crashing new worlds are born. Today I know “THAT IS LIFE”!”

Love is a temporary madness. It erupts like an earthquake and then subsides. And when it subsides you have to make a decision. You have to work out whether your roots have become so entwined together that it is inconceivable that you should ever part. Because this is what love is. Love is not breathlessness, it is not excitement, it is not the promulgation of promises of eternal passion. That is just being “in love” which any of us can convince ourselves we are. Love itself is what is left over when being in love has burned away, and this is both an art and a fortunate accident. Your mother and I had it, we had roots that grew towards each other underground, and when all the pretty blossoms had fallen from our branches we found that we were one tree and not two.

The Way I See It:

We ALL went through many of “being in Love” stories, none lasted, none stayed, none was stronger than the rocks and hills of our journey, none was satisfying the next day, none was complete, none was filling, uplifting, continuously inspiring.  Instead they burned us, wearied us, drained us, exhausted us, hurt us, shocked us, hit us, jaded us, depressed us and broke our hearts into a million pieces at the end.  Yet rest assure that each of them shaped you differently, tough you a lesson, forced you to challenge yourself, your beliefs, pushed you to see yourself clearer, love yourself more and more,  took you a step forward to what you want and who you really are. You should  take pride in all your failed “being in Love” stories as they made you the person you are today. Value your life lessons, learn them, embrace them and keep on growing your self-love till you find and create the roots of your own tree……..

Perception (from the Latin perceptio, percipio) is the organization, identification, and interpretation of sensory information in order to fabricate a mental representation through the process of transduction, which sensors in the body transform signals from the environment into encoded neural signals.  All perception involves signals in the nervous system, which in turn result from physical stimulation of the sense organs.For example, vision involves light striking the retinas of the eyes, smell is mediated by odor molecules and hearing involves pressure waves. Perception is not the passive receipt of these signals, but can be shaped by learning, memory and expectation.Perception involves these “top-down” effects as well as the “bottom-up” process of processing sensory input.The “bottom-up” processing is basically low-level information that’s used to build up higher-level information (i.e. – shapes for object recognition). The “top-down” processing refers to a person’s concept and expectations (knowledge) that influence perception. In other words: People’s perception is affected and build/shaped by previous experience, memory and expectation. If you think about it that means that the way you see the world and your life now is based on your past and your expectation as well as assumptions of how things will be, should be and must be! Let me tell you one thing, because you had this outcome from a past experience that does mean that you will have the same one if you went through it again. If you choose to look at it differently, think about it positively adding your previous lessons I can assure you ending up with different results. It is so simple if you see it positive so it is, if you see it negative so it is. It’s all in your mind ….! Don’t let others people, other situations, others experiences and anything hold you to Choose to Change your Perception and Create the life you want to yourself!.

The Way I See It:

I always cried at the end, I always had a pen and paper in case I forgot to write a quote from the previous time! This movie always makes me think that a short life with a great love story is better than a long life with nothing REAL felt inside.  A real love story is when you love and you are loved right back, when we do mistakes yet still be loved with the same intensity. ..this is the most precious feeling in my opinion and this is the moment everyone is wishing, looking and searching for. Great love stories are always about two people who fell in love at the same time with the same power with each other’s . I would rather be like Farida, to love and be loved and die between his arms….I will be happy. Let us take the Drama out! really if you are not loved back as sincere and deep as you love a person; so there is no real story it will just be “giving” with no “taking” and life is all about balance….so is your love story balanced?

The Way I See It:  Today was full of negative & bad situations ….BUT I chose not to SEE it or THINK it that way, and I thought to throw- in some saying to keep myself surrounded with positive vibes & would like to share them with you guys.

If we just remember “it’s all in our head!” then nothing can control us, affect us or upset us. Of course we will be down and upset, but it will be for short time and we will not  be dragged into the “God why me?! / Hopeless / Helpless” attitude’.

So when anything “usually you would label it bad or negative happens” remind yourself: a) it is all in my head  b) I have the power c) I have a saying d) I am  in control and this means: I can change it. ALL IS GOOD or ALL IS BAD as long as you SAY and THINK So!.

Apple announced that Steve Jobs will be resigning as CEO, a position he has held for more than a decade. The company’s official press release stated that the board of directors had named Tim Cook CEO and that Jobs would remain as chairman of the board. Will Apple be the same without Jobs?

The Way I See It: Steve is an inspirational example of following your heart desires, your intuitions and dreams. Believing in yourself and abilities and seeing the good in every hard/bad situation. There is no failure, there is no stupid person, there is no lazy person – I don’t believe that – I believe that if everyone did the thing that he loves, passionate about he will excel and will give it hundred percent of his effort, commitment and this is enough to change the world. Exactly as Steve did.  I love what Steve said about being fired from Apple “I was rejected but still in love” and he was hired back again, the power of choosing to do what we love and believing in ourselves is priceless. I wish that for all of us, our world will be for sure much much better!
