“Look at the problems in your life. Ask yourself, ‘What kind of thoughts am I having that create this?”

Thoughts have power… if you want to change your life… your reality… change your thoughts.

Love or “Being in Love? ” That’s The Question!

Love is a temporary madness. It erupts like an earthquake and then subsides. And when it subsides you have to make a decision. You have to work out whether your roots have become so entwined together that it is inconceivable that you should ever part. Because this is what love is. Love is not breathlessness, it is not excitement, it is not the promulgation of promises of eternal passion. That is just being “in love” which any of us can convince ourselves we are. Love itself is what is left over when being in love has burned away, and this is both an art and a fortunate accident. Your mother and I had it, we had roots that grew towards each other underground, and when all the pretty blossoms had fallen from our branches we found that we were one tree and not two.

Louis de BernièresCaptain Corelli’s Mandolin

The Way I See It:

We ALL went through many of “being in Love” stories, none lasted, none stayed, none was stronger than the rocks and hills of our journey, none was satisfying the next day, none was complete, none was filling, uplifting, continuously inspiring.  Instead they burned us, wearied us, drained us, exhausted us, hurt us, shocked us, hit us, jaded us, depressed us and broke our hearts into a million pieces at the end.  Yet rest assure that each of them shaped you differently, tough you a lesson, forced you to challenge yourself, your beliefs, pushed you to see yourself clearer, love yourself more and more,  took you a step forward to what you want and who you really are. You should  take pride in all your failed “being in Love” stories as they made you the person you are today. Value your life lessons, learn them, embrace them and keep on growing your self-love till you find and create the roots of your own tree……..

Positive Thinking Makes A Difference

Positive Thinking- Photo Courtesy From Google

The Way I See It: I would like to share the below article written by Ann Chastain, Michigan State University Extension with you. The article gives simple steps you can do on a daily basis to help you think positively.

From my personal experience it’s hard at the beginning to maintain focused on what language we use and where our train of thoughts is taking us. You will be surprise how a little memory, a word or a small gesture can evolve in our minds creating such a negative image/thought. This is when the danger comes; not from the initial small thought but from how it gets stronger and stronger in our minds creating such a powerful negative vibration attracting more negativity to our lives. Many times we can literally create the worst case scenario we were thinking about! This is how powerful our negative thoughts can be.

Step by step you will get use NOT to use the negative affirmation in your language. You will get use to monitor your thoughts and deliberately make this small effort to stop them and switch them to positive ones. Positive thinking (even when everything around you tells to think differently) can REALLY REALLY not only change your life but most importantly how you see and visualize your OWN life. Think positively, relax and watch what you can manifest! Happy Positive Thinking🙂

You may not think so, but regular positive thinking will help you deal with daily challenges of life more smoothly, and will lead the future to be brighter and more promising.

Positive thinking is contagious. People around you detect your mental moods and are affected accordingly. Think about happiness, good health and success and people will more likely appreciate you and want to be around you, because they enjoy the atmosphere that a positive attitude produces.

In order for positive thinking to produce results, you need to develop a positive attitude toward life, expect a successful outcome of whatever you do and take action to do what is necessary to ensure your success.

Effective positive thinking that brings results is much more than just repeating a few positive words or telling yourself that everything is going to be all right. It has to be your primary mental attitude. It is not enough to think positively for a few moments, and then letting fears and lack of belief enter your mind. Some effort and inner work are necessary.

Are you really willing to change the way you think, to make a real inner change? Are you willing to develop a mental power that can positively affect you, your environment and the people around you?

Here are a few actions and suggestions to help you develop the power of positive thinking:

  • Stop with your negative attitude and speaking negative words about everything you talk about!
  • Use positive words while thinking and talking. Use phrases like, “I can,” “I am able,” “It is possible,” “It can be done,” etc.
  • Actively focus on thoughts of success, strength and happiness.
  • Try to disregard and ignore negative thoughts. Refuse to think such thoughts and substitute them with constructive good ideas.
  • In your conversation use words that suggest feelings and mental images of strength, happiness and success.
  • Before starting with any plan or action, visualize clearly in your mind its successful outcome.
  • Read at least one page of an inspiring book every day.
  • Surround yourself with people who think positively.
  • Watch movies that make you happy.
  • Sit and walk with your back straight. This will strengthen your confidence and inner strength.
  • Walk, swim or get moving in some other physical activity. This helps to develop a more positive attitude.

Think positive and expect favorable results and situations, even if your current situation is not what you want for the long term. In time, your positive mental attitude will help you to position your life situations and change them for the better.

We are what we think. All that we are arises with our thoughts. With our thoughts, we make the world.

The ancestor of every action is a thought.

Once you replace negative thoughts with positive ones, you’ll start having positive results.

The Way I See It:  Today was full of negative & bad situations ….BUT I chose not to SEE it or THINK it that way, and I thought to throw- in some saying to keep myself surrounded with positive vibes & would like to share them with you guys.

If we just remember “it’s all in our head!” then nothing can control us, affect us or upset us. Of course we will be down and upset, but it will be for short time and we will not  be dragged into the “God why me?! / Hopeless / Helpless” attitude’.

So when anything “usually you would label it bad or negative happens” remind yourself: a) it is all in my head  b) I have the power c) I have a saying d) I am  in control and this means: I can change it. ALL IS GOOD or ALL IS BAD as long as you SAY and THINK So!.

So repeat after me: ALL IS GOOD…ALL IS GOOD….THANK YOU…ALL IS GOOD..I AM A REBEL AND I THINK POSITIVELY!
